Even with a small bandage on her nose, reality TV star Heidi Montag looked like a million bucks in these new pics of The Hills beauty in a purple bikini at a Costa Rican resort Tuesday, and RadarOnline.com has all the pictures for you.

Montag last week said she's scouring South America for a doctor to perform a breast reduction surgery after her trusted surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, tragically died in an auto accident in Malibu last month.

Montag, 23, recently told Life & Style that she now regrets getting her breasts enlarged to G-Cups nine months ago. She says she's suffered both mentally and physically, and that she fears she won't be able to find a doctor as good as Ryan was.

"I feel trapped in my own body. There's just no fixing it," she told the magazine. "Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything."

As for wearing a bandage on her nose, Heidi recently explained the reason for it, telling Life & Style, "Except for filming and a few photo shoots, I’ve had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November. It takes a year for your nose to heal. This is just the first photo that anyone has seen of it.

“The last time I didn’t wear tape after surgery and my nose changed shape,” she said. “The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. Dr. Ryan always said I was his best, most cautious patient, and I’m not taking any chances now that he’s gone. I don’t want my face to fall off like Michael Jackson’s.”

Heidi Ends Sex Tape Negotiations

So much for Heidi and Spencer in XXX ... TMZ has learned the estranged couple has officially cut off negotiations with Vivid Entertainment honcho Steven Hirsch ... telling him they're no longer interested.

Sources close to the couple tell us Spencer's rep shot a letter to Hirsch explaining, "Heidi's made it very clear that she is not interested in releasing any tapes" ... adding, "It looks like she pulled the kill switch."

The letter also explains, "Spencer's not interested in further destroying their relationship by pursuing an avenue she's so vehemently against."

Spencer's rep also told Hirsch that Pratt "thought $5 million would be enough to convince her, but now [Heidi] is saying she'll bring out the legal team if he persists."

The mystery of whether or not a Heidi/Spencer sex tape really exists will never be solved now? The reality show couple, now in the middle of a divorce, is no longer in talks with Vivid Entertainment to sell their alleged sex tape.

Vivid CEO Steven Hirsch tells X17online:

"I was contacted by a rep for Spencer who said Heidi isn't interested in releasing any tapes."

Hirsch adds that Spencer's rep also told him, "Spencer's not interested in further destroying their relationship by pursuing an avenue she's so vehemently against."

Relationship? Well put. Looks like the $5 million that Vivid offered for the footage wasn't enough for Miss Montag.

So how bout' that XXX footage of Karissa Shannon and Heidi? Karissa says it DOES exist. Maybe it will "accidentally" be released if the price is right.

Heidi Sex Tape News Coming Soon?

New reports are coming in that Heidi's sex tape is going to be released soon or is going to be confirmed with a short clip released, for now.

Hopefully this is just another rumor!

Official Autopsy Of Doctor Ryan Released

Exactly two weeks after the tragic death of Dr. Frank Ryan, RadarOnline.com has obtained the official autopsy report.

According to the Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office, Dr. Ryan’s official cause of death was blunt force head injuries and his death was labeled an accident.

The coroner lists his head injuries as:

-Multiple facial contusions, abrasions and lacerations

-Scalp lacerations

-Multiple bilateral skull fractures, including basilar skull fracture

-Subdural and subarachnoid hemorrhage

-Lacerations of frontal lobe of brain

Dr. Ryan also suffered a fracture to his left elbow and multiple contusions, abrasions and lacerations to his torso.

Dr. Ryan’s Jeep went off the side of the Pacific Coast Highway at Deer Creek Road on August 16, 2010 and after excavation efforts failed, the doctor was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The doctor was a famed Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who most notably did 10 surgeries on The Hills star Heidi Montag.

Montag’s surgeries included: a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frown line area, a nose job revision, fat injections in her cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, a chin reduction, neck liposuction, had her ears pinned back, a breast augmentation revision, liposuction on her waist, hips, inner and outer thighs, and a buttock augmentation.

Heidi And Spencer Meet Again To Exchange Dogs

Pretending to act somewhat surprised they were being photographed, Spencer Pratt made his way to his "estranged" wife Heidi Montag's villa in Costa Rica yesterday to once again exchange the dogs they have joint custody over.

No word who will retain rights to Spencer's Ewok beard or Heidi's bandaged nose in the divorce.

I only published a few pictures as Heidi was just exchanging dogs with Spencer.

Darlene's Blog Status

Last month Darlene, Tweeted that like Heidi she was also opening her own blog with a debut date in late August, the first day of her sons last year in high school school.

Darlene and I Tweeted several times back and forth about it. Now, with only one more day left in August it looks like the blog is now not happening or is delayed.

Darlene has not posted on her Twitter account in over a month.

Vivid President Still Hasn't Seen Sex Tape

The Heidi Montag sex tape has thus far been all talk from Spencer Pratt -- and now the president of Vivid Entertainment wants Spencer to show his hand.

Steven Hirsch tells TMZ he isn't going to down to Costa Rica to meet with Spencer about the sex tape -- until Spencer coughs up a preview. Specifically, Hirsch says he wants to see at least 30 seconds of whatever it is Pratt's got.

As we first reported, Pratt is asking for at least $5,000,000 for his library of footage. Hirsch says he asked Pratt to send him some kind of preview because he doesn't want to be part of any publicity stunt. So far, he hasn't seen a frame.

Looks like we'll find out soon if Spencer is bluffing ... or if he really has Heidi's pair.

Did Heidi Lie About Not Having 3rd Nose Job?

Reality TV celebrity Heidi Montag has been wearing a type of bandage on her nose that plastic surgeons give to nose-job patients.

It’s the type of tape a recent nose-job patient would wear, but she says it’s tape that her former plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, instructed her to wear after her 10-surgeries marathon last November.

“Except for filming and a few photo shoots, I’ve had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November,” Montag told Life and Style magazine. “The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. I don’t want my nose to fall off like Michael Jackson’s.”

Referring to her first nose job in 2007, she said, “The last time I didn’t wear tape after surgery and my nose changed shape.”

“The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it. Dr. Ryan always said I was his best, most cautious patient, and I’m not taking any chances now that he’s gone.”

Judging from recent photos of Montag in Costa Rica, plastic surgeon and blogger Dr. John Di Saia of San Clemente and Anaheim thinks she may well have undergone another nose job — her third. The nasal tape, he says, consists of steri-strips, which are “commonly used on fresh surgical wounds.”

The strips aren’t supposed to be used months after an operation, he said. They are “used by plastic surgeons for, at the most, weeks in the majority of cases. They are much more commonly used on fresh surgical wounds.”

“When you see steri-strips there is a high likelihood that someone is protecting an open wound or has had recent surgery,” Di Saia wrote in his “Cosmetic Surgery Truth” blog.

An alternative explanation, of course, is that Montag is clueless about what she’s supposed to be doing post-surgery.

Montag recently said she regretted getting large, G-cup implants last November. She is seeking a plastic surgeon in South America to exchange those for smaller ones, she said.

In the interview with Life & Style, she also said that her plastic surgeries caused her marriage to Spencer Pratt to break down.

“Spencer begged me not to get the first surgery [in 2007] and it almost broke up our relationship,” she said.

“Then he begged me not to get the second one and it did break our relationship. It was just so much pressure. No one wants to be taking care of his wife—who looks like she was in a horrific accident—24 hours a day, when he begged her not to do it in the first place. Spencer didn’t sign up for this in our marriage.”

She said she was so immobilized after the surgery that her husband had to help her remove her underwear and pants when she needed to go to the bathroom.

“The drama regarding this silly woman continues on and on,” commented plastic surgeon and blogger Dr. Tony Youn of Michigan.

Heidi Montag says there's no sex tape featuring her and Spencer Pratt ... but she still wants to have a sit-down with the Prez of the biggest porn company in the world.

TMZ has obtained an email Heidi sent to Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch in which she says, "I don't think Spencer has any footage of the two of us. I think hes (sic) making it up for publicity for a new reality show he wants me to do but I really can't tell. He can be sneaky."

But then Heidi writes to Hirsch, "I wanted to drop you a line and let you know where Im (sic) at with all of this. If you decide to come to Costa Rica I look forward to hearing your thoughts."

Spencer insists he has a catalog of XXX videos featuring him and Heidi.

It certainly has the smell of an upcoming release.

Heidi Ready For Couples Counseling To Save Marriage?

TMZ has learned ... Spencer Pratt still believes there's a chance to save his marriage to Heidi Montag as long as they get some "relationship counseling" -- and sources close to the couple tell us Heidi is totally on board.

We're told Spencer -- who's currently hocking sex tapes starring himself, Heidi and a Playmate -- still "loves" his estranged wife ... and is willing to do whatever it takes to stop the divorce.

In fact, we're told Spencer has finally admitted to having a "fame addiction" ... and wants to seek help for that too.

As for Heidi -- we're told she's down to work things out ... despite all of the public drama he's put her through recently.

Heidi "Mortified" With Idea Of People Seeing Her Natural Body

While Heidi Montag has denied that the sex tapes her soon-to-be-ex Spencer Pratt is shopping exists -- even she's not 100 percent sure.

Bad Boy appeared under the "music" section on her official website when it first launched back in in July.

Heidi: "I'm Desperate To Go Back To Normal"

Just one week after the untimely death of her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, Heidi Montag sat down exclusively with Life & Style to tell-all about her plastic surgery regrets, revealing that she wants her outrageous G implants removed.

"I'm desperate to go back to normal," she confides to Life & Style. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."

More than nine months after she went under the knife on Nov. 20, Heidi says she is still in severe pain and her body has not gotten used to the over the top boob job. "I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren't working so I stopped. It hurt either way,"

Besides being unable to hug her four dogs or wear anything but custom-made clothing, "I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs," she says. "It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life."

And while Heidi tells Life & Style she is currently shopping for a surgeon in South America, she worries that she'll be trapped in this cartoonish body forever after the untimely passing of her confidant Dr. Ryan. "I feel trapped in my own body," Heidi tells Life & Style.

"There's just no fixing it," she says. "Dr. Ryan knows the work he did, he knows everything."

Heidi Fears Her Nose May Fall Off Like Michael Jacksons

The Hills star Heidi Montag fears her new nose is about to fall off and she'll end up looking like Michael Jackson.

The reality TV star has opened up for the first time about the regrets she has regarding her 2009 plastic surgery makeover, during which she had 10 major nips and tucks in one day.

She tells Life & Style magazine she's still recovering from the work done by surgeon Frank Ryan, who was recently killed in a car accident, and some things are taking longer than expected to heal.

She explains, "I've had my nose tape on 24 hours a day since November.

"The tape is supposed to keep the swelling down and hold my nose in place the way Dr. Ryan sculpted it."

And Montag admits she's beginning to fear the worst: "I don't want my nose to fall off like Michael Jackson's."

And she also has huge regrets about her massive G-cup breast implants, adding, "My breasts are crushing me. My body's still getting used to them and I have major anxiety about it."

I guess speculation of that Heidi was wearing bandages on the beach days ago was true. Heidi explains that she continues to wear the bandages to preserve the work Dr Ryan did. She also says she is worried that her nose may fall off like Michael Jackson.

New Rumors Of Heidi Being Pregnant

HEIDI Montag decided to divorce her wacko husband Spencer Pratt after secretly having an ABORTION — according to a shocking new claim from a best-selling celebrity author.

“Heidi found out she was deep into her first trimester,” a source said.

“She was excited but was met with a lot of trepidation by her handlers. She decided not to tell Spencer. Her marriage to Spencer had long been on the rocks. She figured the best thing was to have an abortion, otherwise she would be stuck with Spencer forever.

“I think Spencer has a lot of reason to be furious with her.

“Who knows if it was even his kid. There was definitely cheating allegations on both sides. I overheard Heidi days before their split telling a friend how she had not been compatible with Spencer for months.

“She admitted that Spencer was freaked out by all her plastic surgeries and was no longer attracted to her.

Heidi Feels Like She Looked Like A "Horrific Accident"

The poster child for plastic surgery gone wild, Heidi Montag, wants her G-cup breast implants removed. "My boobs are crushing me," Montag moaned to Life & Style.

"I have major anxiety about it." The reality star, 23, who endured 10 hours under the knife last November to achieve her "perfect" body and almost died from a Demerol OD during recovery, is looking to downsize her breasts to a not-so-modest D or DD cup.

Montag says the surgery ruined her marriage to Spencer Pratt. "No one wants to be taking care of his wife who looks like she'd been in a horrific accident," she said, adding he "begged her not to do it in the first place."

Montag claims she now wants to live a simple life in Costa Rica. "I just really want to get out of Hollywood . . . I don't have anything back home: no family, no friends." She posed with little makeup and exposed two inches of roots for the photo spread. "I won't get anything done again," she insisted, "at least not for a long time."
